SO... with this Economic Recession, why isn't everybody in Network Marketing?

Now, that is an interesting question! If you tried network marketing during the last economic recession, I KNOW you asked a lot of people, just like I did-- Do you have 5 minutes??? ~~or~~ Can I tell you about my business?

What happened when you did this? Did people run??? Did they just say those network marketing companies never work??!! Did they tell you... "Sure you can tell me about your business!" BUT, when you called for an appointment they were always busy??!! So, maybe you tried NWM and/or MLM businesses in the past, and it wasn’t as easy as everyone made it out to be. You bought products for your family and friends at cost, and everyone you know made out...Except YOU! Sound familiar?

Or...Maybe you have never been in network marketing, and you had to be a good friend and participate in home parties and beg your OTHER friends to come to...Did you buy the products they were offering, only out of guilt? That is just ONE of the many reasons why most people shutter at the idea of network marketing.

WELL, I HAVE GREAT NEWS!!!!!

MLM businesses have come along way. Companies have spent years now going over new policies, marketing and inventory. Over the years, more and more of corporate America has been recruited into the pools of network marketing. They have brought their ideals of good business practices and ethics into their new business because, they want to succeed because they enjoy being their own boss!

Let me ask one question...
Have you recently lost your job?
With the economic recession, maybe you’ve started thinking about trying to earn extra money, or maybe you need to work extra hours to make ends meet.

As you are leafing through the job listings, did you realize that there are NONE!!! And you again think, could I make money in one of those home based businesses??? Hmmmm...

Well, the man Forbes Magazine called the richest man in the world in 2008 and the most successful investors in the world just purchased The Pampered Chef, Ltd., and one of now many legitimate home based businesses!!! I don’t think Warren Buffet is buying into a scam, do you? No, I think we can say with all certainty that Mr. Buffet did his homework before he made that purchase, which has been estimated at close to a Billion Dollars!

I think that this purchase I just mentioned says quite a bit about the future of these home based business opportunities!

If that is true... what are people talking about when they say Network Marketing is a scam?

The truth is that these people are probably referring to illegal pyramid sales companies. So, what's the deal? Does Network Marketing work? Are all MLM companies scams??? The answer is YES, and NO. Yes, network marketing does work, if it is done right, and No, all mlm companies are NOT scams! There have been some pyramid schemes in our times, but now, there are strict regulations put on NWM or MLM companies. If they are registered with the DSA or the BBB, they are legitimate companies.
