With today's economic recession, Ponzi Scheme, Internet Scams and MLM Fraud are on the rise! Stay educated and warn others who might fall prey!

Recently, there were many reports in the news of a LARGE ponzi scheme--involving Bernie Madoff, a New York City investment manager. NOW, with the downturn in the economy, many more network marketing scams are on the rise in America and all over the world. These scams go by many names, some more are: pyramid schemes, network marketing scams, online fraud, mlm scams, mlm fraud, and internet scams, to name a few. These scams, fraud or schemes are carried out by a number of greed motivated individuals. Unfortunately, as the pool of likely targets increase, so does the number of greedy individuals.

Who are the likely targets of these scams??? If I can refer you back to Bernie Madoff, who scammed the likes of New York University, Goldman-Sachs, and Merrill Lynch, to name a few!!! As a matter of fact, you can read about the 162 page list of people who are included in the complaint! ANYONE is a target!!!

Zelda wants to keep you educated and informed of these scams, schemes, and frauds!!!

Did you ever wonder if stuffing envelopes was the big money maker all the ads claim it to be??? Find out!!!

The predatory nature of these greedy villians is attracted to the downtrodden, the desparate, the dispaired. These individuals are especially vulnerable because of the circumstances they now find themselves... a husband, father, wife, mother... laid off from a job, no longer able to pay their bills. But, these are not the only victims, also at risk is the retiree who can't make ends meet with their retirement income, a mother who wants to stay home with her child, or a wronged divorcee, just looking for love.

How can consumers protect themselves, when these scams, frauds and schemes abound???

One way is to educate yourself. Do some homework before you send anyone any money. Don't give out personal information over the phone or on the internet, especially if you did not initiate the interaction.

What does that mean???

These villains prey on the trusting, the unquestioning, the naive. So, don't let them get away with it! Do your homework AND warn others!

WHY should this website be worried about keeping you informed of the latest news about this type of thing???

These schemes and other scams hurt legitimate network marketing companies!!! When the news is filled with reports of all these types of mlm fraud, it puts a bad face on all network marketing companies. So, bookmark this page or subscribe to our newsletter or RSS feed, and we will inform you of the latest scams in the news!

Here are the latest schemes and scams to be careful to avoid!

This is a photo journal about the Bernie Madoff ponzi scheme was originally posted on YAHOO! news on Dec. 12, 2008, and shows one of the latest attempts at mlm fraud in the United States!
